Our Donation Pipeline At YMMC

Giving back is at the heart of what we do. We’re committed to supporting the communities where our employees live and work by investing in local nonprofits, schools, and organizations. The target community is recalculated at least every other year and consists of the counties where approximately 80% of our employees live.

As of October 2023, the target areas include Coweta, Fayette, Troup, Meriwether, South Fulton (restricted to the cities of Fairburn, Palmetto, Union City, College Park and East Point) and Carroll counties. Note: Employee match donations and employee volunteer match maybe outside of this target community.
